Soundscape: The Ambient Music Podcast

As stated in the introduction, this ambient track was inspired by the many medical shows that I used to listen to along with formerly University Of Nebraska Medical Center, and now Nebraska Medicine. I would like to dedicate it to all of our emergency nurses and doctors working the front lines and saving lives.

On this episode, I play two recordings I had done in a box culvert using my djembe and didgeridoo, and I discuss natural acoustics and how much richer it is than electronic simulation.

The ambient track featured on this episode is one that I had put together just a few minutes prior to recording the episode. It is called Iowa Sunrise.

The ambient track featured on this episode was inspired by the wreck of the freighter ship, Edmund Fitzgerald, which Gordon Lightfoot saying about years ago.

Inspired by the Hemlock Cliffs, in Crawford County, Indiana, this ambient track, with its deep reverberant percussion and whining drones, is rather haunting and mysterious.

The ambient track featured in this episode is one of the first I created using GarageBand. It is a piece that symbolizes heaven and God.

This ambient track was inspired by Elon Musk‘s first flight.

On this short episode, my ambient track, Electric Spaces, is featured. This started out as an experiment, but I decided to keep this recording and use it as what would be referred to as mechanical ambience.

Until I can upgrade to the pro edition, every track featured will be a new episode. This is the second track that I meant to feature in the first episode, but it cut out after 16 minutes of record time because I need the pro addition, which will allow me five hours of recording time if needed. This track is called Clouds of Mercury.
