In order to do anything for yourself.. to grow, evolve, to transcend, and transmute, it will always start where you are at, "inside". And I mean deep inside, at the soul level. no one know you better than your soul does. Our souls know the infinite possibilities in our lives and how and where to access them and which of our spiritual tools to call forth. 

This question was ask of me by my granddaughter. How do I access my spirituality while transitioning from my teens into a young adult? Is it difficult to do? I hope it helps not only her, but others as well.

The Universal and Cosmic laws are always listening to all of us, all of the time. So whether we are conscious or unconscious to them or believe in them or not, they are always interacting with us. Know this, it is our free decision how we interact with the universal and cosmic consciousness to create our life. The universe is not doing anything to YOU, it is doing it because of YOU.

Let's talk about Self Love. It's hard to talk about it, right? You would have to cut into a lot of layers of the "You" you think you know!  I know, I had to go deep and I am still going. Like the "Every ready bunny".

Some of us have allow others to show the version love while their with us. Then we assimilate their version of love for ourselves. And then became our belief about how we should love and be loved.

No one can love you, if you don't how to love you first. We have to put ourselves first in the vibration of life. And we truly must be committed soul, mind and body to learn what constitutes for love for us.

Our souls are tune into us with the volume up high. They know the true vibration of love we have for ourselves. We can't hide the lack of love we have for ourselves. They are just waiting for us to open to hearing truth as soul sees it.

The consciousness of Source created all the universe and it's dimensions through the vibration of pure unconditional love. And we were and still are being created that way. We all are eternal, divine spiritual beings having a human incarnation through the Source's (God's) Love. 

All beings in the Universe are connected to the Source of all creation through the energy of Pure Love. We called it the "Law of Divine Oneness". What we think about ourselves will have a effect in our outer world. Remember this saying, "What is in, is out and vice versa". 

Our souls are the Consciousness of Source (God). And Source Consciousness is connected to all of us, all seven plus billion. Feeling and emotions are how our souls and Source communicate with us. 

My soul has taught me that our dreams provide many things to us. First and foremost, our dreams are manifesting in the state of surrender. Our souls play, educate, and edify us. Our dreams are where wisdom and understanding vibrate freely. As we become more aware of this dream state (the surrendering state), we begin to recall more of our dreams.

We as human beings create our life stories, good or bad, happy or sad, easy or not. Life is not doing anything to us, it doing exactly what we are creating it to do. The energy of life is moving because of us.

The "Awakening" is the journey into the deepest part of you, where human dares to go. Our souls are our guides and will never lead us astray. We are the only ones that deviate from the path. Our minds don't like going down the rabbit hole of our soul. it's not comfortable there. Our minds can't make sense of anything there, because it's full of infinite possibilities and choices. So, when our mind...

The Universal laws and our souls are partners in how we manifest our life stories.

Source (God) consciousness vibrational energy and awareness. And we are all created in that image and likeness of the Source (God).

Our Spiritual mother and father created us in their likeness and gave us the power to co-create the stories in life. Have you ever ask yourself what their "likeness" is? Likeness is consciousness pure and simple.
