While meditating my soul encouraged me to share this wisdom and understanding of how we see ourselves and our experiences vs how our souls see us having the experiences. I began to see myself in a whole new light, I hope you do too.

Let take moment to talk about our destinies. Some think that our destinies are in God's hands and other believe it's in the hands of fate. Well, Hmm, I think that destiny is in our hands. I mean, having "free will" gives us a chance to make choices. I think that destiny is forged from our free will choices. Well at least that's one possibility of infinite possibilities.

Our emotions are our body's responses to our thoughts and how we desire to react to those thought. Our emotion give us an indication of how we feel about the thoughts moving through us.  We as humans think that every thought needs to activate a physical response. But sometimes we just need to let the thought pass without any response give to it at all. Human beings have over 60 billion though...

When contrast presents itself in life situations or circumstances, I've found that we are presented with a moment to sift and sort through the energy surrounding our choices and fine tune them or maybe even delete them and start over.

The Source of Consciousness (God) just is. Sometimes the Source (God) of all things just wants us to be and take in their enlighten moments. If you try one moment, you might want another, then another, etc. Sometimes we just have be in our "Beingness". And sit in our "Enlightenment" to become our authentic selves.
