In every city there are those that have killed and have not been prosecuted yet.  Homicide Detectives not only have to know those killers, but when opportunity presents itself, work to get those killers in prison.  TPD broke the chain for one of Tulsa's serial killers.

The next decade of policing has to be laser focused when targeting the most  violent criminals.  Communication will be key in bringing this phenomenon to fruition.  I know it works Tulsa has made this work.  Get after IT in 2020.

Corbin Tyler AKA Curtis Hergenrother is shot through an opening in the door.  The break in the case comes  from enhanced video.  If you can get it, have at the door so when you hear a knock at 4:40 am you do not have to answer it.  This case relates to many others in gang violence and suspect information.

A rare occurrence a quadruple killing happened twice in 2013.  I teach this murder in my complex investigation class.  A whole department response makes it imperative that individual officers report to detectives when they have talked to someone reference to the case.  Money, sex, drugs and vendetta are four reasons I tell the public people end up dead.  This one has them all in one scene.
