The police profession has to buy into intelligence based policing.  Tulsa solved a murder by being willing to talk and share information within squads.  It's is not rocket science.

The best and the brightest on each side of the police community divide better get busy.  Find a workable solution or at least define what specific problem needs to be addressed.

The objective of a murder investigation is to get the suspect and witnesses quickly.  The suspect makes and the witnesses are more likely to talk.  This case is solved by the patrol officers getting to work quickly.

On July 4th 2020 in Atlanta Georgia an 8 year old child is shot and killed while riding with her family in a car.  On May 29th, 2014 April Montano, 14 years old, is shot and killed riding in the family pick up truck.  Hard to find hope yet, we do.

Transparency must begin with the truth.  We can disagree on what we see but it has to be the same set of facts.  Police and Community have to do better.

Murders are related and the piece to solve the case lies in the community.  Law enforcement are willing to march into hell for the community, but we need to know where to march.  This case is an example of how it works.

Another example of how drugs can get a hold of lives and twist them until a lot of families get torn up.  I believe law enforcement can study these cases and learn form them to predict and protect society.

Lives are changed and it is law enforcement's responsibility to keep track of those that are evil.  No better example than when an innocent person is killed. 

I teach that someone needs to know something about all things when it comes to violent crime.  This episode spans five years of names that are either dead from other murders are in prison for other crimes.  Intelligence policing is needed going forward. 

Law enforcement is tasked with predicting and protecting society from dangerous criminals.  Society has the duty to protect themselves by throwing the most violent out the door and calling law enforcement to tell them here they are.  Do this and three would still be alive.
