The ramblings of professional triathlete Ben Kanute. Jump inside his mind on a long training ride or session and see what he really thinks about anything and everything, but with a focus on High Performance (mentally and physically) and Triathlon. Ben is a 2016 Olympian, has been competing in triathlon for over two decades, has stood on World Championship podiums, and is opening up some of his inner monologue and thoughts that go through his head as he trains mostly alone for hours on end.
