A podcast for MAS based around the Social Mastery Program designed to help Navy personnel in their professional and personal lives across Self-Awareness, Self-Management, Social Awareness and Relationship Management. This podcast will have 3 different types of audio content:1. Interviews with MAS personnel2. Interviews with high performers from all walks of life, including sport, science and business3. Coaching corners with Social Mastery participants. New episodes released fortnightly so check back regularly!
