A smell, an object, a road sign, and even a song… these are all things that can be emotionally triggering after undergoing such a traumatic event. Trisha shares one recent triggering experience that sent her spiraling in the middle of a workday, while Jené shares some tactics that might help Trisha recover when it happens again.
