SIPS Episode – A distillery takeover featuring Whistlepig. Quite possibly the worst pig call combined with Canadian Whiskey. Substantial effort goes into making sure we are not banned from Canada.   Vast overuse of the adjective bubblegum and cotton candy.

SUDS Episode – Yes, it’s summer camp for adulting, Beer Camp. We needed a way to kill an hour with beer and decided to take it international with Sierra Nevada Beer Camp 2017.  Possibly a new rating, “That smells like a truck stop bathroom.” We go through this 12 pack and pick our top 3 beers. No travel ban was in effect for this beer and all beers, both good and bad were welcome.

SUDS Episode – All things Burial Beer Company on this brewery takeover episode. We should name this show “Reading with Dave.” There was a challenge of Dick & Jane books combined with beer. Another radio first as we discuss wax on the mouth. Most of the cast has been cleared of any mental health issues. No camping is allowed on this episode.

SUDS Episode – You think you know but you really don’t. The craft beer community has developed an opinion about brewery acquisition. This is the 1st in a new series to look at how changes in ownership effects the products you may love. This episode looks at InBev’s acquisition of Goose Island with a blind tasting.

SUDS Episode – Great beer can be found in many places and we explore beers we’ve picked up on the road. Iconic phrases such as “Don’t make me come back there” enter the discussion. It’s going to be the best gosh darn episode you’ve ever heard or I’m gonna stop this car right now.

SUDS Episode –  A brewery takeover discussing beers from Grimm Artisanal Ales. Grimm has moved from gypsy brewing to now having their own brewery. These innovative styles caught everyone’s attention by combining unique ingredients previously never or rarely used with beer.

SUDS Episode –  A brewery takeover discussing beers from Ardent Craft Ales from Richmond, VA. Born of a passion for homebrewing, this brewery is a focal point for the Richmond area craft beer community. We identify several new T-shirt phrases “ I own the Cow Bell” and “There is only one me.”

SIPS Episode – Luxco has a broad range of products and we cover the whiskey / bourbon products. We push the bounds of what the FCC permits on the radio with “Gentlemen”, “Peanuts”, & “Jejune”.

SUDS Episode –  A brewery takeover discussing beers from Crane Brewing- Raytown, MO. Caperton has his own personal pleasure with the word Kumquat. Two 1st special moments, a quote from Dwight Schrute and our first beet beer review. Finally we get to a riveting conversation on Borscht.

SIPS Episode – A distillery takeover featuring Paul John from Gao, India. This episode clearly establishes that Brent can’t pull off an Indian accent. The first time we have used the tasting reference of smoky feet.

SUDS Episode – Our first episode with a sing-a-long Cider song. We managed to discuss a flight of cider with minimal number of fake accents. Sparky insults an entire group of snowflakes discussing gluten.  This episode is wonderful, great, & we shot our wad all in the first 10 minutes.

SUDS Episode – Love that mead. Ah yes we finally get back to talking about all things sweet. Such a broad range of styles in this episode, there is something here for everyone. High quality Viking accents dominate the discuss along with a word of the day – kalsarikännit. Go look that up.

SUDS Episode – A brewery takeover episode of Funkwerks Brewing out of Ft. Collins, CO. A riveting discussion about stripper names. Quite possibly the worst pirate talk ever on the radio.

SIPS Episode – A distillery takeover featuring Glenfiddich. Hike up that kilt, sound the pipes, break out the good fake Scottish accent. The only show where we can talk about what we would do with an 18 year old and not get arrested.

SUDS Episode – Bang that head while drinking beer. Break out all that makeup and questionable clothing choices. Yep, it’s a brewery takeover of TRVE Brewing out of Denver, Co.

SIPS Episode – A distillery takeover featuring Blanton’s from Buffalo Trace Distillery.  Yet another Colonel making great whiskey. The story with all the little horses, why is it called a grenade, and generally make fun of the word praline.

SIPS Episode – A distillery takeover of Balvenie. We cover some background on this historic distillery, generally make fun of Harmeet, again, and actually do a decent job of reviewing these products.

SIPS Episode – Hey buddy, got anything good in the back. We discuss some products that you usually have to ask for. A show and tell format discusses both bourbon and scotch choices. Advanced bitching ensues when the production staff fails to provide samples on the air for tasting.

SUDS Episode – Season 4 is done and this is our Best of 2016 show. 32 weeks of Beer, Mead, & Cider, lots of beer festivals, and epic tastings just to select and discuss over 150 beers this season. We take a moment to reflect and discuss 2016 with beer.

SIPS Episode – Wow Season 4 is done and this is our Best of 2016 SIPS show. Lots of contention across the pond this year and Bourbon is still white hot. We discuss some trends in the industry impacting these products, who may be the sellout this year, and some great places to get a good drink.

SUDS Episode – A brewery takeover edition covering beers from Trillium Brewing. A lot of hops and one English Porter Round out this flight. While we never say the word “chowda” there are plenty of other moments with questionable Boston area accents.

SIPS Episode – Distillers have been experimenting with whiskey & wood for ages. Much like the Buffalo Trace Experimental Series and Oak Project comes another wood experiment from Jefferson’s Distillery. The wood experiment kit introduces various wood character to the same whiskey and our team tastes and rates them all.
