Host Emma Cross (VBP+ Communications Specialist) takes you through conversations with expert guests from coast to coast on various parts of the Canadian beef supply chain from farmers and ranchers to consumers. VBP+ stands for Verified Beef Production Plus, a voluntary on farm food safety program. Season 1 is funded by: Maritime Beef Council and Canadian Agricultural Partnership through New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, and Prince Edward Island's respective provincial Agricultural departments.
