To keep moving in life we have to let go of the excuses we tell ourselves and others.  What we have to do is do the work instead of telling excuses of why we can't do something.  Instead of excuses start to think of ways to work on those things that need to be done and take our time to do them.

We have to know when it's time to move on whether it be a relationship or a situation. We must see the signs for what they are and keep it moving bc it will either kill us or make us better people in the end.
