David has moved on in his life an not just with one wife but two. David doesn’t hesitate to get on with his life bc someone doesn’t know who he is but Abigail moves on with hers too after her husband dies. They are moving right along.

When David is given the opportunity of take revenge on Saul, does the opposite of what his men want him to do. David shows Saul grace and mercy anyway.

David is told about the Philistines fighting against Keilah and goes to help save them even though he is going through a storm himself in his own life.

Saul goes on a all out seize to find David and he has stooped so low that he murders the priest and goes on a rampage to find him, killing many along the way.

David finds himself running but he has no destination. Have you ever been on the run before and didn’t have a destination … running… running … running

Jonathan shows his loyalty to David, they devise a plan together and they find out how Saul really feels about David at dinner. Jonathan tells David that he has to flee in order to survive.

When you try to go after others that have done nothing to you watch out because it can turn back on you.

When people get envious of you and start treating you differently you have watch out for them bc they can get so jealous of you that they may plot to kill you.

War has broken out between the Philistine’s and the Children of Israel. During the siege David speaks very boldly and ends up killing Goliath.

God sends Samuel on a journey to find a man suitable for the role as King over the Children of Israel

When disobedience causes you to loss the support of God it will cost you more than you know.

Children have their own mines and will do things that don’t please us as parents, we have let them live their lives and make mistakes and learn from them.

Saul is anointed by Samuel and it is seen by the people that live in the area and he is claimed by the people to be a prophet. Saul has been placed as the Kingdom as the Leader of the Children of Israel.  Once you have been anointed by God can't nobody take that away from you.  No matter what level you are placed  in by God it will irritate those around you.
