Everything that is built in life must have a foundation and someone close to help you along the way. It takes time to accomplish things in life and don’t rush doing it.

Solomon starts with the foundation and completes the Temple in 7 years.

Solomon has formed a friendship with King Hiram of Tyre and they work together to build the Temple.

When you seek God first in all things you will receive the blessings of God. Solomon’s obedience gives leadership like no other leader in the history of leaders for the children of Israel.

Solomon asked God for discernment in judgment over the people of Israel and Judah. We must ask God for judgement when it comes to our daily living no matter the situation brought before us.

Solomon is given the instructions from his father and he informs him of the people that he has to get rid of them so the kingdom can flourish and prosperous.

David is faced with another take over and this time it comes from his son Adonijah but his plan is null and void when David finds out and places his son Solomon on the throne.

David has asked for a count of the Children of Israel and Judah. He also knows the era of his ways and gives him a choice of which one he will accept. He is asked to be obedient once again and does it without hesitation.

Today on Let's Talk Sunday we are talking about our mental health and why it is so important to maintain it. The things we can do to keep it intact. The ways that it can deteriorate if you don't keep it intact.

David’s last words took into account of the men that were there for him in the many situations that he was in and he acknowledges them with his last words. He knew who he could depend on in his time of need whether it was in the Wilderness or in the Palace. He knew who had his back.

David is in Prayer, Praise & Worship Mode. He is giving God his praises that he is due. David doesn’t hold back anything and let’s all his praise come fourth bc he is up there in age and he looks back over his life and praises God for everything he has done for him.

David avenges for the Gibeonites bc it is duty to correct what Saul had to them and ALL of The Philistines Giants are destroyed by David and his men.

If it ain’t one thing then it’s another…we find the man name Sheba has cause a rebellion with the children of Israel from King David and he has to fight for that respect from his place as King.

In a series of events King David goes from mourning to delegating to reuniting and back to his kindness towards others. Then the men of Israel & Judah start arguing over King David’s place of residence.

The battle leads to Absalom’s death and David is told of his death and goes into mourning over his son.

What’s done in the dark will come to the light & Being quicker than a spy pays off. King David is warned about the betrayal of Ahithophel and the coming attack on him and those that are with him.

Watch what you say to people and how you treat others bc it come back to haunt you. Ahithophel is playing his part while he is in the presence of Absalom.

Absalom has decided to perform a coup upon his father David. David flees from Jerusalem and gives instructions to certain individuals to go back to Jerusalem to be his spies. When things come upon you sometime we have to flee but God has a plan in the works for your bounce back.

David shows Absalom kindness upon his return to Jerusalem
