In April 1993, Shadow Gallery needed additional band members so they could go out on the road after the release of their self-titled debut album.   They recruited Gary Wehrkamp to play additional guitars and keys so they could perform their intricate songs live.    In this episode, current band members Gary Wehrkamp and Brendt Allman share very honest comical anecdotes about this audition process...

Originally calling themselves Sorcerer, a handful of musicians from eastern Pennsylvania played mostly cover songs at local clubs and bars.  Then the band morphed into an original progressive metal band with members Mike Baker, Carl Cadden-James, Chris Ingles, and Brendt Allman creating a demo under the name Shadow Gallery.
