Recorded live at Bones nightclub in San Francisco. This tape had turned into a sticky mess and wouldn't play on the tape deck. The reels barely even moved. I "baked" the tape in the food dehydrator for 2 hours and let it cool over night. Once I loaded it on the tape deck, it played perfectly! Another tape rescued!

This tape encapsulates the San Francisco nightclub sound in the early 80's. I had to do a little re-EQing on this tape to clean it up. It was also full of tape hiss that I was able to remove from the recording. It now sounds a lot better. Craig Morey was a DJ at Circus Disco in Hollywood, CA from 1978 - 1980. Studio One in West Hollywood, CA 1980, Trocadero Transfer in San Francisco, CA 1980 -1981...
