Senior To Scratch Golf Show
My upcoming golf journey in my 50's, where my winter 2024 index is around 5.0 and my goal is to get to scratch handicap. For once in my golfing life, I'm not going to rely on hope to improve my game. I will introduce my improvement strategies, ranging from fitness & nutrition to mental game to practice plans (offseason and in-season). I hope others will get some useful insight into their game, as well.
