During the show, we'll discuss how peat has evolved in the scotch making and how it is used in today's practice.  Dr. Scotch will be here and we'll have the S4D mailbag.  Maybe even a quick blind if we have time.  It should be a great show and hope to see you all there!

There is a ton of information to talk about when it comes to Barley.  Different strains, taste differences, climate changes and so much more.  This week, we'll have an in-depth discussion on Barley and how it feeds our beloved scotch distilleries.

During our reviews, we talk a lot about the effects of ABV and how it can help persuade you for your next bottle purchase.  During tonight's show, we'll discuss ABV and the effects on taste.

A lot of discussion from our Monkey Shoulder this week has brought up a few topics to discuss for this Thirsty Thursday live show.  We'll answer these questions and we'll put Monkey Shoulder to a blind tasting challenge to see who comes out on top.

Technically, Burns night isn't until Saturday 25th, but we're going to celebrate a little early with all of you.  Should be a fun show!

This week we released Glendronach Port Wood 10 Year Old and found the balance of Port to be just about perfect.  It brought up an interesting topic about how easy it is for Port to influence flavors.
