After a long night of driving, who doesn't need some good ole warm breakfast whiskey?! While chatting with our buddy Mitch, we share a story from one of our many adventures to and from Sturgis, SD.

In this episode we learned a very important lesson. Don't discount your thoughts on what you have always perceived to be lesser bourbons, just because they are cheap and readily available. We cracked opened, or should I say, twisted the cap of two offerings from Jim Beam, the Black Extra Aged and the Double Oak.

Happy Birthday to Dimebag Darrel of the legendary metal band Pantera. Aug 20th would have been his birthday so we decided to celebrate by cracking open his very own whiskey, the Black Tooth American Rye Whiskey. We also shared a great cocktail we had a few weeks ago with our buddy Mitch, The Black Tooth Grin.

As we wrap up our Buffalo Trace adventure, we concluded with a ready drink bottle by Handy & Shiller, their Barreled Manhattan! This is not your ordinary ready drink pour, it was amazing, and so we proceeded to have a couple more. We got off course more than once but some how managed too bring it back on track. Manhattans, honey, Greaserama, and much much more.

We tried this back a little bit for Cinco de Mayo and had not put it together yet, so here is a delightful chocolatey tequila cocktail called a Mexican Mocha!

At a 114 Prooof, this Noah's Mill Kentucky Bourbon shines by itself and in a Gold Rush cocktail we made.

I know I know, we said no talking of Pro Wrestling.... but deal with it, because this 10 year rye from Whistle Pig straight up will give you a stunner AND wanting MORE! We dig in and explore the complexities found within this rye, then transform it into a cocktail known as a Boulevardier. Pinkies up people!
