When your sister live in bourbon country, she has samples for us to try! Knowing someone on this podcast has a thing for honey, a flight finished in honey barrels seemed perfect!

Getting ready for this one everyone, GOOD-NESS!!!!! This is straight up pumpkin pie in a glass! The sage garnish adds so much to the nose while balancing out the visual with a nice contrast of green. The citrus from the lemon adds so much and plays so wonderful with the rich savoriness of the pumpkin pie, the buttery crust... and let's not forget the froth that egg white adds to this cocktail!...

We are really digging the Iron Smoke Offerings, so we just couldnt refuse trying this one.... Its been on the shelf now for a minute, and yes, we know it is not fall, but Pumpkin pie can be enjoyed year round!!

On this episode, we decided to put the 1792 Full Proof up against the 12 Year offering and see what a little age statement can do!

We've talked here and there about store picks, and the advantages of a "picked" single barrel offering. This episode we put Buffalo Trace side-by-side with itself to see if there is any merit.

We got a bottle of this and didn't have a whole lot of expectation due to all the negative feedback. Boy were we shocked at just how good it was! people, this is NOT a bourbon, it's a whiskey ,and a really good one to boot!
