We've wanted to get into this one for a while now, so we decided to put the Smoke Wagon Small Batch up against the uncut Unfiltered and see where they land! This was also a perfect opportunity to have our good friend Phil over to talk whiskey, beer and a lot more!

Be safe out there, make sure you wake up with all 10 fingers and all 10 toes! For this bonus we made the Fred Noe's Whiskey Sour with Jim Beam Single Barrel coming in at 108 proof! let's Go!

Earlier this month we recieved a blind flight from my sister and brother-in-law. Kentucky Straight Bourbons finished in Honey Barrels. That was a lot of fun for us, and for Faith and Tim. So we picked a few bottles and sent them 4 samples to blindly try. No theme, no set category, just some bottles we particularly enjoyed!!

This J. Rieger barrel pick from the Kansas City Whiskey Guild is something else! Coming in at 142.6 proof, it packs quite the punch! This rye isn't going to bed early!
