THIS IS HOW WE START CHANGING IT....FUCK ALL OF OUR FEELINGS!! IT'S REALITY...MORE PARTS ON T...

We all do this( some more than other's) but when this is your fucking reason (excuse) every fucking time.....you know it's bullshit!!! What the deal really is .....you're just used to PEOPLE ACCEPTING WHATEVER YOU SAY......AND WE DON'T!!! 90% OF THE TIME YOU'RE JUST FUCKING OFF AND NOT RESOURCEFUL AND EFFICIENT!!! #FACTS

In this episode I challenge all of us . ..why do we leave the most IMPORTANT PEOPLE in our LIVES hanging? Why do we not show them at least EQUAL respect they show us?? You know why? IT'S because we know they don't expect it? Are we ok with living and dying with the fact we never corrected things with these people ... REGRET....ONLY THING WE CAN'T UNDO!!

We have always heard we are supposed to have our loved ones back NO MATTER WHAT!!! What happens when those same people we are there for....turn their backs on us?? Not only that.....but they hide, stay silent, RUN AWAY ..BECAUSE THEY CAN'T / WON'T APOLOGIZE!!

Something that's been taking place since the beginning of time....old as PROSTITUTION 👉👉ASS KISSING, BROWN NOSING, BOOT LICKING /COCK SUCKER'S!!! HOW THEY ARE MADE...WHY IT IS ENCOURAGED? WHY WE ACCEPT IT?? WHY THE FUCK WE DON'T ADDRESS IT!!!

DECIDED TO DO THE DAVID GOGGINS 4×4×48 CHALLENGE WITH LESS THAN A WEEK...WHICH MEANS BASICALLY NO TRAINING!!! MADE ME THINK OF ALL THESE WEAK, SOFT, BITCH ...CHALLENGES WE DO ON SOCIAL MEDIA (NOT FUCKING REAL CHALLENGES) ...WHEN WE'RE READY TO REALLY CHALLENGE OURSELVES. ....WHEN WE MAKE REAL CHANGES OUR LIFESTYLE, CIRCLE WILL REFLECT EXACTLY THAT!!! NOT UNTIL...

DURING DIFFICULT TIMES, PANDEMIC, TRAGEDY .......IT NOT ONLY BRINGS OUT THE BEST IN US....BUT THE WORST!!! SOCIAL MEDIA ALLOWS US THE OPPORTUNITY TO BE WHATEVER WE CAN PRETEND TO BE.....FAKE AS FUCK TIL WE MAKE IT ...RIGHT???

WE ARE EXPERIENCING A FREEZE LIKE SOME HAVE NEVER SEEN IN THEIR LIFETIME...AND FOR SOME OF US ONLY A FEW!! THE WEATHER, OUR GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION, RAINFALL,HOW MUCH WE GET OUTDOORS.....HOW MUCH SUNSHINE WE GET...ALL HAS A LOT TO DO WITH OUR ATTITUDE,PERSONALITIES, OUR LIFE!!!

How outside influences influence our decisions. Not just on holiday's( MADE UP OR NOT) but in our everyday life. CONSUMERISM, COMMERCIALISM, SOCIAL MEDIA INFLUENCES, TRADITION, CULTURE...DRIVES OUR DECISIONS...EVEN IF WE REALLY DON'T WANT TO DO IT OR REALLY MEAN IT!! YOU KNOW DEEP DOWN...YOU KNOW!!!

ONE YEAR TO THE DAY...THIS PODCAST WAS LAUNCHED....ZERO EXPECTATIONS OF ANYONE BUT MYSELF!!! THE PROGRESS, THE CONTENT, WHAT'S COMING NEXT? THIS YEAR IS GOING TO BE FUCKING SAVAGE, PROFOUND & PROVOCATIVE!!!

Why we love sports? Is it a tie that binds us? Do we have other things in common besides sports with our circle? Have we ever thought about this? How much of our life is consumed by sports and making the RICH EVEN RICHER!!!

How my TRAINING has changed over the years. How i did a whole 360° turnaround the last almost 20 years. How the TRAINING, CHALLENGES fit together with the "SAVAGE CODE & LIFESTYLE " THIS IS HOW YOU ATTAIN MENTAL DISCIPLINE FOR OTHER ASPECTS OF YOUR LIFE!!

Do we ignore the red flags? Do we know who these people are? Why they do it? What's the motive? Why we continue to put up with it & allow it? Why they're INTIMIDATED, THREATENED which makes us the COMPETITION !!!

We don't ENCOURAGE, CELEBRATE, EMPOWER, CHANGE...but we most DEFINITELY DO "STAYING " THE SAME, FAMILIAR, WHAT WE HAVE IN COMMON....BECAUSE WE CAN RELATE!! HOW ABOUT THE EXIT OF THE RELATIONSHIP,THE JOB, THE LACK OF ACTION ~SMD~

Generation after generation....one common denominator that most of us can relate to is the statement(S) is "FAMILY ALWAYS HAS FAMILY'S BACK , FAMILY ABOVE ANYTHING (NO MATTER HOW FUCKED UP IT IS), WE'RE FAMILY, I'M YOUR CHILD, I'M YOUR SIBLING .SO ON SO ON.....DO WE REALLY UNDERSTAND WHAT THIS MENTALITY MEANS?

There are TRUTHS in this life this that are "UNDENIABLE " BUT YET WE STILL ARE VERY MUCH IN DENIAL!!! EVERYTHING FEELS LIKE AN ATTACK/OFFENSIVE WHEN WE DON'T WANT HEAR IT , FEAR IT. .BECAUSE WE HAVE TO DEAL WITH IT....ONCE WE HAVE THE TOOLS!!!!

Have we ever ask ourselves why we are so weak,Followers? Why we follow what we do? Habits, RELIGION, trends, pattern's,popularity, rituals....PEOPLE!!! HAVE WE EVER BOTHERED RESEARCHING/ EDUCATING OURSELVES?? IS OUR NEED TO BE ACCEPTED, FIT IN MORE IMPORTANT THAN THE TRUTH !!!

My MINDSET now i have passed the MIDWAY point of my 40's ...what changes will we make this COMING year? Why do we even bother with new YEAR resolutions...Less than 10% of people actually keep them...have our priorities changed this year? Do we understand what really matters now? What are we going to do with the time we have left?

This year more than ever,are we enjoying the small things? The "REAL" things that matter? FAMILY (whatever our family consists of) do we really mean what we say,post, show our loved one's? Do we really feel BLESSED? Are we stressing ourselves over MATERIAL OBJECT'S? ARE WE COMPARING?GOING INTO DEBT? COMPETING? DO WE GET WHAT WE "THINK WE DESERVE"?

Pick this career/job,how long have you been there? You can't leave, you been there so long!! When are you getting married? When are you having children? Why would you ever possibly ever want a change or to leave??? DON'T YOU WANT THE EXACT SAME LIFE WE HAVE??

IT'S WOVEN INTO US AT A VERY YOUNG AGE. LEARNED BEHAVIOR, TRADITION, RELIGION, GUILT, PERSUASION.....THAT THE LONGER WE "STAY" IN A RELATIONSHIP THE MORE VALUABLE IT WILL BE.... A LONG AN UNHAPPY RELATIONSHIP IS NOT SUCCESSFUL OR VALUABLE......YOU ARE ONLY MISERABLE LONGER!!!

Each year we give thanks on this day, but how about the rest of the year? How about our daily lives, THROUGHOUT our life...We have CREATED a SOCIETY that is UNGRATEFUL and ANYTHING but THANKFUL....we are about "US/ ME" ...SAYING YOUR "THANKFUL " AND YOUR ACTIONS SHOW OTHERWISE...MEANS YOU ARE NOT THANKFUL ~ HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!

As a society we have created "FAKE" on every level, every category, in every aspect of our life. We also "FEED & BREED " the same the same value system in our children and proceeding generations....SOCIAL MEDIA HAS ALLOWED ALL OF OUR INSECURITIES TO RUN WILD, WITHOUT ANY CONSEQUENCES!! WE ARE THE WORST OR BEST REPRESENTATIVE'S OF OURSELVES.....EVEN IF WE AREN'T AWARE OF IT!!

If we acknowledge it or not,most of our BITTERNESS, ANGER, and HATE ...IS AT OURSELVES!!! DECISIONS WE MADE OR DIDN'T MAKE...OPPORTUNITIES WE PASSED UP, RELATIONSHIPS WE FUCKED UP,THINGS &PEOPLE WE SETTLED FOR....WE GAVE UP/SURRENDERED....AND WE'RE PISSED OFF AT OURSELVES......BUT EVERYONE ELSE HAS TO PAY!!

" WASTING TIME, PASSING TIME, KILLING TIME" ....HAVE WE REALLY CONSIDERED AND TOOK INTO CONSIDERATION WHAT TIME ( WE DON'T HAVE) .....IF SO WHY DO WE LET SO MANY PEOPLE WASTE OUR TIME?? WHY WE WASTE OTHER'S TIME? WHAT WE CONSUME? WHAT CONSUME'S US? THIS THE ONE LIFE WE BEEN AWARDED WITH!!
