Yup, I bought every Framewerk remix I could find. Renaissance era Sasha & Digweed, freshened up with a smattering of breaks. Every one a banger.

I’ve fallen down the Framewerk production rabbit hole. This mix came about after listening to their “Poolside” remixes of some classic tunes, a few of which I’ve dropped in the middle of this mix. 100 bpm. Very groovy. The 4×4 mix will be following along shortly…

I’ve started hitting record every time I get onto the decks, cos some of my post-pub crate digs have been pretty good. I thought it might be fun to share some of them. This one’s a late night wander through the tracks I’d bought earlier in the day. And I bought some worldies! Normally, I’d rearrange stuff after my first play through, but I like the up-and-down on this one so it’s a keeper.

Shaking out the last of the dark progressive house, now that the sun’s out.

Nice deep, techie, mix from July 2007. I think I did three mixes for them that summer, and it’s probably the point that the residency started to find its sound. I loved that really cleanly produced sound, despite it not really being particularly dance floor friendly. Good to stroke a chin to, tho.

A post-party, 4am, whiskey and bifta come down mix. A few chin-strokers and a couple of head bobbers. Enjoy!

Some lovely dark-tinged, vocal progressive house in here. Soma Soul’s “When I Was Lost” has been on hard repeat since I bought it. Enjoy!

Remastered version of the second mix from my Stream FM residency from Jun/Jul 2006. Deep tech, minimal techno, and a couple of Minilogue gems. I still love how this stuff sounds today.

Emptying out prog breaks tracks I’ve collected over the last few months into a little 70 min groover.

Been sat on this for a while; some nice remixes off Bedrock, and a few (cheerier) Sud Beat style chuggers to groove you through the day. Everyone get through Xmas & New Year OK? Fingers crossed 2025 is better for everyone.

I’m still in the Progressive House mine, stumbling over dark little gems, including a new remix of Hold That Sucker Down… which I’ve played about a minute of, because let’s be honest, you can’t beat the Builds Like A Skyscraper mix. Rollo at his finest IMO. No wonder Faithless were so good… Happy Xmas everyone, see you in the New Year!

Ok, time for a bit of a change. I’m going to start going through some of my old mixes chronologically, starting with the Stream FM residency I had back in ‘06/’07. This one’s a nice mix of acid, minimal, and a hint of electro. Enjoy!

Good ol’ Prog House seems to be making a comeback, and I am absolutely here for it! I’ve been hammering these tunes for the last few weeks — the Creamer & K one, toward the end, I’ve been sat on for months — but I didn’t quite have enough to put together a mix I was totally happy with. Until last night. Subs up, lights down.

Going back to the roots with a slow paced melodic techno mix, similar to the stuff that started the podcast back in the autumn of 2019. Happy anniversary everyone! And you thought those leading zeroes would never get used…

Something a bit deeper. Melodic Techno grooves, a bit of breaks, and some darker tracks to ease into winter. 124bpm for your ears

Another from 2006, inspired by the tunes I was hearing in Amsterdam during a messy weekend away. This is the start of me really getting into that DC10 style minimal, that I was rocking for a few years. Lots of loops and tweaks.

Still crawling through the summer's bangers. Slightly less energy in this mix, and a couple of remixes of old classics that you may have heard me play before.

I think I did this mix about a month after the previous FTA, but it's a slightly harder, more techy sound. Anyway, I've run it through the re-master-a-tron and tried to save it from the horrible brickwall limiting I put on the original. (Remember the loudness wars? What a time to be alive...)

There's obviously been an improvement in the drugs on the club-scene; BPMs are creeping back up, and there are loads of decent, proggy house tracks. It's been great fun crate-digging over the last few weeks! Enjoy.
