RiZing Tide

Buckle up, listener, for an extra-long bonus episode to close the 2025-26 season.  22 former podcast guests graduated from Concord High School on Saturday and 11 of them were able to come in for one final chat before heading off for their next adventures.  Congratulations to all graduates and their families! Having just starred in Concord High's production of  Dear Evan Hansen , today's guest shares his experiences preparing for and performing an extremely challenging role.  Mr. Crimson, our co-host, who also performed in the show, adds his perspective on what it was like to bring this powerful story to life.  This interview is a master class in acting with two accomplished and talented thespians.

Nia is in her first year at Concord High School, and she is already doing her part to spread positivity.  And when she's not making her high school world a better place, she's teaching the next generation to snowboard. 

Our homecoming episode features a recent Concord High School graduate who first returned to her alma mater as a substitute teacher and who now has a brand-new job at CHS.

Having only been a high schooler for a handful of days, Hailey has already thrown herself into the Concord High life.  An avid soccer player who has designs on becoming a referee, Hailey share stories from the pitch as well as her perspective on freshmen orientation.  As a bonus, Connor Weeks is back in the co-host chair!

How lucky we were to get Amelia to join us in the podcast studio on the very first day of school...and it's her senior year!  Amelia shares stories about a unique opportunity she had this past summer at Northwestern University.  She also offers her editorial on the new state law regarding cellphone use in high schools.
