Anxiety can be crippling. You know that...even better, God knows that. That's why He's provided a prescription for anxiety: prayer.

Once you're a Christian for a while, staying on course can become difficult. Life happens. You have good days. Bad days. You get used to doing things your own way... and soon, your faith is way off course. The believers in Hebrews needed to be told to "Stay on course!" Perhaps you need the same reminder. Let's look at three keys to staying on course in your faith walk.

Deliveries are good. Deliverance is incredible. Every person for all of time has needed deliverance. Are you attracted to Jesus or distracted from him? You're always one or the other. It may change from time to time...but everyone is distracted or attracted at all times. The writer of Hebrews reminds us why, as Jesus followers, our attraction to Jesus is crucial. (Hebrews 3)

Neglect is a sad, weighty word. Sometimes it describes our approach to Jesus. That shouldn't be the case because He is far greater than anything (even angels as we'll see) and offers us an incredible future if we will pay close attention to the message of the Gospel.

Hebrews opens with a powerful statement about Jesus. It's a great reminder for the longtime Christian, recent believer, and the person who still isn't sure. The writer of Hebrews introduces (or reintroduces) us to Jesus in grand fashion. Hebrews 1:1-3
