Ritual of Practice

Society EN ↓ 45 episodes

I interview adventure athletes, artists, yogis, and the person next door. I'm fascinated by how people choose and commit to their passions. I find the stories of how individuals just like you and me have devoted themselves to their practices and the challenges they have met along the way incredibly inspiring. I believe we can gain insight for our own practice and habits by listening to others' stories. I love sharing these conversations of how people connect with, and commit to, what lights them up.
