Life is going to happen, things are going to get crazy and hard at times. When it does, how do you show up? How do you keep going and giving your best?

What we speak becomes our reality.

We are touching on a tough topic today....toxic relationship cycles. This is all relationships, domestic, family, friends, colleagues, and how we can decide to break those cycles.

Today we are talking about that time in between. What is it for? How do we deal with it?

Ladies one thing we should never forget is that our journey is just that...OURS. And it looks different for each of us.

Let's talk celebrating victories specifically our own. And how important it is to do it and do it often.

Have you ever had a dream that once was so full of excitement and life and somehow it slowly fade it out....well let's bring it back to life!

Let's bust up the idea that having high standards is bad..... I mean let's be real without them we tend to settle.

It's okay to reminisce and look back at life's journey and what you've been through. It is NOT okay to turn back to any part of your story that was no good for you....No Backsies

So often we have been given a battle or battles that seem impossible to climb out of like Joseph trapped in the pit. Yet even in all that mess, God was with him. In that same way He is with us...

Ok ladies, we are doing some work today, putting our visions to black & white. Grab a pen and pad, poster board or whatever. We are making the dang lists!

There may be times when change needs to happen, a choice must be made, and someone has to be the first to see it through...if it's presented to you, it's probably for you.

God put us on this earth to love Him and love others. He equipped us all with gifts to do that, but how?!

Do you ever feel like you have gone through one or multiple situations over & over and can't shake it?

There is absolutely nothing wrong with giving more, doing more, and loving YOU more! Let's talk about a few ways to positively be selfish.

We're going to talk about GROWTH, the other side of it anyway. You know, that hard uncomfortable side that isn't highlighted when you think of the word.

Today we're going to talk about those little voices you know what I'm talkin about ladies. Anytime you get ready to start something new or maybe finish something or put it behind you or simply just do anything in life and you have those doubts or creep in, telling you you not enough where you're going to fail.....those voices
