Right Side Out
On the surface, this series is about my ADHD, making peace with being "just like my mother" and building my creative practice. But Right Side Out is REALLY about you finding yourself by creating things. Each episode even gives you creative prompt to get started. No art skills required! You can’t find yourself if you don’t like yourself enough to look. Right Side Out is about how creating can be a virtuous cycle. Every new thing you create is another chance to appreciate a part of yourself. When you appreciate yourself, you’re willing to put more YOU into the work and out in the world.
