Het jaarlijkse grote radiospektakel is nog niet eens begonnen of Reverend MC en Pappa Shotgun zijn al klaar met hun draai aan de lijst der lijsten.  Onbevreesd, avontuurlijk en eclectisch is er weer selectie gemaakt uit variaties op (oud) Top 2000 nummers. Dit heeft wederom een gevarieerde en vermakelijke show opgeleverd. 

Reverend MC and Pappa Shotgun are wearing platform shoes, polyester Nik Nik shirts  and pimp hats and moving across the dance floor under a sea of glitter balls on the four on the floor beats with a 120 BPM speed.

Improving on the first episode was a mission impossible, they said. But Reverend MC and Pappa Shotgun gave it a try. The result is astonishing.

Reverend MC and Pappa Shotgun scraped the bottom of their boxes of 45's to assemble a list of 50's and 60's party songs never heard before. The result is a wild mix of weird,  noisy  and soulful R&B treasures of the era.

Reverend MC and Pappa Shotgun lost each other somewhere between The French Quarter, Louis Armstrong Park and Decatur while participating drunk in a brass band tour.
