The good news about our hiatus was that we were able to go back to back with the Big Finish releases.  This one tried a few different things diverging from the original source material...but not too successfully.  Hear what Lego and I thought of the second audio drama from Big Finish!

After a bit of a hiatus, Lego and I return and we're tackling the first new entry in the V universe since 2011, 2025's Big Finish Productions V: UK VIsitation. We will follow-up with V: UK Occupation next time! It's good to be back!

How many synonyms can we come up with for dumb?

Welp that didn't last long. This show is floundering like a fish out of water at this point. The biggest problem is at this point started during the first season.

Lo and behold, PLD (at least) actually liked an episode....kinda...at least towards the beginning of the podcast.  Lego..well...You'll see.

Almost there!  So the Visitors need to build...docking stations for...their breeder ships.  They need specific ships to help them breed.  Okay.  Is Jack finally out of the Priesthood?  Tyler is 18? We're watching this so you don't have to....

We're continuing to slog through! This episode doesn't haven anything glaringly wrong with it...which is actually worse. At least when it was so bad it had some entertaining things to rant about.... Lego is a trooper. We have 6 episodes left! We do plan on covering the Big Finish, the DC Comics run, and the novels...but we are also looking to do some V-Adjacent stuff: - Other Alien invasion movies...

Now I have to admit we go off track a lot in this one. We have a long conversation about WWE...BUT we do get into the whole episode and Lego has her red pen ready to go.... We're pushing through folks!

We go all over the place in this one as we try to figure out what the writers were trying to accomplish. Well at least we get more Jane Badler in this one? I also give my non-spoiler first thoughts on V: UK - Visitation, the new Big Finish producing of the remake of V which had Kenneth Johnson's blessing and input. After we finish this season of V, Lego and I will tackle reviewing them in three fu...

We are in Season 2 and Lego spends the whole episode trying to lead PLD off track. And succeeds. This may not be our best review of an episode, but it may be our best episode of reView (YMMV)

The season finale of the first season! And man....if you like hearing us rant...this is the one for you.

This is our favorite episode yet! Low bar yes, but at least the performers are still trying. Lego and I look at the penultimate episode in the first season!

A bit of a shorter episode this week.   Lego was fighting an awful headache but still managed to be a trooper!  Much tougher than some of our resistance fighters I think!   Studio interference did away with a potentially powerful story point...but could the writers have been up to the challenge of working through it?  Probably not!

Brace yourself...Lego has 1-2 compliments on the show this week! We are hitting the home stretch on the first season and cruising towards the finale!

Hey!  This might be the best episode so far!  (I know....it's a low bar for us but I'm trying to be positive)  Lego & I continue on our journey through the first season of the 2009 reboot of V!

All new showrunner, same...mediocre results.  PLD liked this one a bit more than Lego, but this is still a strugglebus.  The introduction of Hobbes shakes things up a little!

The final episode from the original showrunner before he was given the boot and the series took a 4 month hiatus. It's not soon enough! Lego and PLD do some digging to see what happened!

We're BACK!  FINALLY.  After scheduling nightmares, Lego and I have finally convened to talk about the third episode of the 2009 series!!!
