REV Elijah-Ben - SCIM

It is essential to acknowledge those who deserve to be honoured. This will help us gain favour before the Lord and place us in the right places to receive His blessings.

The anointing upon the man of God is not primarily for the man of God himself, but for the people God has entrusted to his care. Therefore, we must honour our spiritual fathers in order to benefit from the annointing. But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellency of the power may be of God, and not of us - 2 Corinthians 4:7 (kjv)

Wherefore the LORD God of Israel saith, I said indeed  that  thy house, and the house of thy father, should walk before me for ever: but now the LORD saith, Be it far from me; for them that honour me I will honour, and they that despise me shall be lightly esteemed. 1 Samuel 2:30(kjv)

is not this the fast that I have chosen? to loose the bands of wickedness, to undo the heavy burdens, and to let the oppressed go free, and that ye break every yoke? - Isaiah 58:6 (kjv)

Eternal life is real, endless and unchangeable. After death comes judgement, no turning back, no second trial. 2 Corinthians 5:10 For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things  done  in  his  body, according to that he hath done, whether  it be  good or bad.

John 14:15-17 15  If ye love me, keep my commandments. 16  And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever; 17  Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you.

For ye are yet carnal: for whereas there is among you envying, and strife, and divisions, are ye not carnal, and walk as men?

Wives, submit to your own husbands, as to the Lord.  For the husband is the head of the wife even as Christ is the head of the church, his body, and is himself its Savior.  Now as the church submits to Christ, so also wives should submit in everything to their husbands. Eph 5 :22-24
