Remember Resilience?
After setting a new record by climbing the UK's highest mountain whilst carrying 100kg barbell I realised how much I relied on the help and inspiration of others..the podcast was born. Releasing every second monday at 6am, I bring real stories from real people. All have faced a range of battles which they have been forced to overcome. From self inflicted physical challenges to trauma, abuse, injury and many others. Each guest has shown remarkable resilience to stand tall and never be beaten. Their stories and experiences will help and inspire you in your own life when times get tough.
