I’m Kimberly Roy, a self-motivated force turned recovering perfectionist, girl Mom & wife, learning to navigate grief, anger, and the pendulum of emotions that comes with facing it head on. I’m a believer. I believe anyone can overcome anything they truly desire to. I believe if I can do it, so can you. And I believe in the power of sharing our stories. This is my story, my journey, and I’m sharing it with you. Join me as I share how I navigate life after loss and how feeling alive & abundant IS still possible.
