Today I sat down with Arlene Seymour. I met Arlene at the Triangle Club in Longmont Colorado. She has 41 years sober! After listening to this, it felt a lot like a love story. A love story with tragedy and wisdom from someone with 41 years of sobriety. It’s really cool to hear from those who were with the tough old timers back in the day. It’s pretty special.
