Adam and I have known each other for almost two years and have become close friends through one of our favorite pass times, Rollerskating! On todays episode we talk about the Live Hard program, why lifting and general fitness is important to us, Andy Elliott, and we even quote Kendrick Lamar.

Unfortunately this week I didn't have access to a camera but will have video up and running next time. Braden Ure and I met back in high school when we both sang with the Millennial Choirs and Orchestra's and he's since been a great example to me of just an overall good man. In this episode we discussed the Whaleathon, spirtuallity, married life, and preparing for marriage.

Spencer Sorensen is a good friend of mine and today we discussed why I began the podcast, how we can create a culture of excellence, childhood perceptions, how to live authentically, and much more. Got a better camera this go around and got a bit more video but unfortunately it cut out because of insufficient storage!

Ethan is my brother and started his two year mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Later-Day Saints the day after this episode was recorded. We'll likely do a follow up episode when he gets home in 2025! Unfortunately the camera we were filming on died about 29ish minutes in. I'll have that resolved by the next episode.
