The Safety First, Success Always initiative was launched in August 2024 by Florida's Seventh Circuit State Attorney's Office in partnership with Flagler Schools, Putnam County School District, St. Johns County School District, and Volusia County Schools to better address substance use, violence, and other criminal behavior among youth circuitwide.
