Trauma is a part of our lives. For some it is direct trauma and they are victims of trauma, for others they experience trauma vicariously and struggle with Compassion Fatigue. This podcast beings sone insight into both trauma and suicide and offers help for those who are suffering.

Summer holidays, the events that create memories for years to come. It seems always that our summer holidays involve challenges that at the time, can be somewhat frustrating, but when we finally figure out the problem and solve it, these become our most entertaining stories.
