I partnered with Team USA in their content creator program where they flew me to Paris to create content around the Paralympics. It was the trip of a life time.

We often expect people to show up the way we want them to. We must believe their actions. So often we put hope in the way people are, believe them when they show you their true colors.

It's no secret, that when you treat the blocks in your calendar like life or death appointments, you actually make progress toward the life you want to live. Calendar blocking gives you your time back if you truly stick to it.

Jesi is joined by Brianna. Together they talk about how once you realize how powerful you are, you cannot unsee it.

We only know what we know. Our view on life is relative to our perspective of life. If we do not expose ourselves to others' experiences, we will have a narrow perspective of life as a whole. It is your responsibility to broaden your view of the world.

I recently had my second spinal fusion revision surgery. I broke the titanium hardware in my spine in half. They removed the old hardware, replacing it with thicker screws and rods.
