I was delighted to see 1980 world champion Cliff Thorburn here in Sheffield and I asked him about the new deal that will keep the World Championship at the Crucible until 2045.

I asked Joe Johnson whether he could believe his memorable 1986 World Championship victory here at the Crucible was now 40 years ago.
