**Throwback Episode** We deal with the aspects of what’s acceptable as testimony in Halacha. Also, there are cases where such things as lie detectors may contribute to adjudication even if not in form of testimony. This class was given at the Phoenix Community Kollel on 7/14/10.

We learn from the explanation of the Ran regarding breaking and entering how a word of inspiration to another can merit Eternal Life. This is a replication of a Dvar Torah given at Ahavas Torah in Scottsdale on Friday night, July 9th, 2021.

**Throwback Episode** We discuss the esteem in which we hold Eretz Yisrael. Also, we discuss some of the laws such living there and keeping two days of Yom Tov. We also discuss which land constitutes Eretz Yisrael. This class was given in Ahavas Torah of Scottsdale on 7/1/10.

Even though the Three Weeks are a painful period of mourning they carry a positive message. Why did it take exactly three weeks from the breach to the the Destruction? Why did the siege take exactly three years? Why did the wealthy of Yerushalaim have exactly enough goods to support the entire Nation for twenty one years? We also discuss the fact that some of our thoughts aren’t really our own.

**Throwback Episode** We discuss the famous dispute amongst the Geonim, Rishonim, and Achronim regarding this issue. Will we have our bodies in eternal life? We offer a possible reconciliation to the dispute. We also address some ancillary questions about the resurrection such how will we be resurrected, healthy or unhealthy? We discuss the idea that our existence is stratified. Our consciousness is aware of multi-tiered vicissitudes of circumstances. Therefore, we have a responsibility to serve Hashem on all levels. Our outward behaviors may not be a good gauge of our inner machinations.
