This was the Annual Yahrtziet Shiur for my mother Svetlana Bas Yaakov Z”L in our Succah in 5782, 2021 on Hoshana Rabbah. We discuss the reason for the huge candelabras situated in the courtyard of the Temple during the Simchas Beis HaShoava and why the Ramban left out their detail in his work, the Yad Hachazakah.

This is an in-depth shiur given for Yeshivas Bein HaZmanim at the Phoenix Community Kollel on Chol U’Moed Succos. 17th Tishrei 5782. We discuss the necessity of various pesukim to disqualify stolen materials used for Mitzvos which are already disqualified by מצוה הבא בעבירה.

I relate the content of a Yizkor Drasha that I gave in Ohr HaTorah in Phoenix in 5782, 2022 on Yom Kippur. We discuss how the World To Come has no chronological timeline and of what consequence that is for the deceased.
