Lady Lue
POVERTY TALK PODCAST
Lady Lue presents the Poverty Talk Podcast, where we delve into the toughest topics that are often swept under the rug in our communities. As someone who has experienced poverty, hunger, domestic abuse, gun violence, and other traumas, I am passionate about creating a dialogue that inspires critical thinking and fosters a deeper understanding of the issues that matter most to my people. My motto is to hold my people down and accountable, and I welcome respectful debates and education, but never personal attacks.

What happened to the black family ? 03.05.2018 0:38
What really happened to the Black family dynamic? It wasn’t a lack of love, values, or culture — it was generations of policies and systems designed to break us. From slavery to mass incarceration, housing discrimination, economic abandonment, and decades of trauma… our families were forced into survival mode, not stability. And yet, we’re still here. Still loving. Still rebuilding. Still rising.
