Peace has a Pace. You cannot love well or be at peace when you are physically in a hurry. Are we putting spiritual practices in place to slow our physical body to be loved by God and love others well?

No one likes conflict but we are called to be Peace Makers in the ministry of reconciliation. In this episode we look at what heart attitudes we need to take when in conflict with another. 

We try to create fake peace in our worlds through control, filling of things or espace. The Prince of Peace came to bring "Peace with God" so we could experience "Peace of God" in our walks. What does that look like? Enjoy this message from Pastor Jonny

This past Sunday Pastor Craig started our "Prince of Peace" Christmas series. Isaiah's prophecy of the Prince of Peace is one of the most powerful promises in all of Scripture. This message tracks further back to Genesis where we discover the name "Shiloh" and its significance in the Messianic prophecies.

We continued our journey through Our Values as a church, looking at our 3rd value Authentictiy: - "We create space for everyone to discover and embrace their God given identity, no matter where they are on the journey." What ignites this kind of culture?

This past Sunday we looked at our second value: Transformation So how do we change? If we are honest we try all the self help books, listen the latest ideas but it never sticks and it just becomes frustrating. Maybe we are looking at transformation the wrong way? This past Sunday we continued with our transition as we honored the elders and welcomed the new leadership team. We also spoke and prayed into the prophecies of the house for the us to dare to dream again!

In Part 2 of this mini-series, Pastor Craig examines the responsibilities of the shepherd to the sheep. This was the message presented to Pastors Jonny & Rachel Taplin at their service of installation as Senior Pastors of Covenant Life Fellowship.

This past Saturday we took time to honor and thank Pastors Craig & Wendy for the years of service, as we prepared for the transition of leadership.

The “Chief Shepherd” has provided for the local church through the ministry of pastors. Part one of this two-part series examines the responsibility of the sheep toward the shepherd. While church history is full of tragic tales of the shepherd/sheep relationship, simple obedience to Scripture can bring peace and stability to the local church.

We continued our teaching series on Paul’s letter to the Philippians this past Sunday. One the most important themes in Paul's letters to the church is unity. In Chapter 2 we see the kind of life we are called to as followers of Jesus, that holds together unity and interest of others.

Pastor Jonny begins our series on Paul’s letter to the Philippians by taking us through chapter 1. The lens we see life through determines everything in life. Paul makes this big statement, "to live is Christ to die is gain" which sets us through a powerful way of living.

This past Sunday saw the last message in our series of Emotional Healthy Spirituality -Part 7 "Slow Down To Lead With Integrity". To listen well we must be slow to speak. To rest well we must learn patterns of slowing down. The wilderness and solitude times in Jesus Life were places of strengthening not weakness and made overcoming temptations possible.
