洞回学社致力于支持成长危机中的青少年的心理健康、终身学习，与人生意义追寻。目前在北京宋庄有840平米的独立空间，提供食宿学玩一体的沉浸式长程教育服务。主张「爱·自由·承诺」，实施「心灵陪伴·博雅教育·项目式学习」。师生地位平等，无标准化考试，无必修课或强制措施，支持厌学、休学、退学的青少年的复学、升学、就业、创业。提供最高1.5万元/月奖学金。
