As the people of God, our lives have been forever changed by Jesus! To follow Him now includes sharing that grace with the world, and our "one" specifically. That grace is found in the gospel, which literally means "good news." So how can we be people who not only talk the talk (week 3), but walk the walk? Is it possible to declare the good news with our lips and also demonstrate it with our lives...

This series is about our responsibility to take the gospel to the ends of the earth. The gospel is an announcement of Good News, which means it has to be spoken & shared. But if we're honest, most of us are uncomfortable talking to people about Jesus. It just doesn't come naturally! So how can we get better?

In order to reach our world with the Good News of Jesus, we must enter into spiritual battle. We put our armor on and we jump into the fray in order to provide RESCUE. But we need weapons to engage in the fight! This week we will arm ourselves with the only weapons that will ensure victory. We call them Weapons of Rescue.

We generally refer to Sunday mornings at church as "worship services," but what does it mean to truly WORSHIP? Just because we gather in a church building, does that mean we're actually worshiping God? Or is our worship limited to these times of corporate gathering only? Today we will consider true worship while engaging in multiple expressions of worship.

This week we conclude the God On Film series with another remake of a Disney classic, The Lion King. With all the many themes running throughout this movie, there is one that overshadows the rest: it's all about a king and his kingdom. This is a story that leaps off the screen because it is the story of the ages, and the story of our lives.

The Toy Story film franchise has captured the hearts of kids and adults alike because it's all about the joys of childhood coupled with the challenges of growing up. But even animated flicks can teach us truth that transcends entertainment! The truth of Toy Story 4 is that those who are lost - like Forky, Bo Peep, or you and me - are important and loved.

In the Disney classic Aladdin, we find each of the main characters dealing with a common frustration of feeling trapped. Yet their heart's desire for freedom is not a new storyline. In fact, it's a theme throughout the biblical narrative. The story of the Bible is a story of exodus!

In the blockbuster Avengers films, there's always a bigger story at play connecting all the characters together. In the Bible, we find a man named Joseph who believes the bigger story is being written by the God who is control from beginning to end.
