節目介紹 爸媽真的很煩——有時候是「煩人」，有時候是「煩心」。 正值我們事業忙碌、生活滿檔的時候，偏偏爸媽總會帶來一點額外的「小任務」：健康問題、生活需求，甚至只是碎碎念。說真的，那種「煩」其實不是厭煩，而是「放心不下的煩惱」。 我是呂姵蓁，在第一線服務超過十年的長照講師。每天我都和長輩有最真實、最近距離的接觸，看見他們的笑容、聽到他們的抱怨、感受他們的無奈。這些經驗，常常讓我想：我們的爸媽，是不是也一樣？他們的困難在哪裡？他們真正想要改變的是什麼？ 在《爸媽真的很煩》裡，我會把教室裡、社區裡、日常生活中遇到的故事，帶到麥克風前。和你一起笑，一起吐槽，也一起思考：如何在「很煩」的日子裡，找到一些理解...
