拉马虚(RameshS.Balsekar) 印度灵性导师，毕业于伦敦大学贸易专业，曾在印度顶尖国有银行担任总经理，1977年退休后深入探索灵性领域，成为尼撒噶达塔马哈拉奇的弟子。1979年，他经历深刻觉悟，此后致力于传播非二元论哲学通过演讲、著作引导人们超越“个体做者”的幻觉，领悟生命的真实本质。该书融合印度吠檀多不二论、道家“无为”思想及佛教无我观，以简洁犀利的语言揭示人类痛苦的根源在于对“个体做者”的执着，并提供从理论认知到存在转化的实践路径，帮助读者打破精神枷锁，回归内在安宁。
