Not many power outages in Allegheny and Beaver counties after Tuesday's storm. But that's not the case in Westmoreland County, where 3300 Penn Power customers are without service. The highest gusts hit Westmoreland yesterday, reaching 68 miles per hour. In Allegheny County, top winds reached 49 miles an hour. As of 10 a.m.,Fayette County has over 1300 outages, about 220 in Washington County.

Four people were rescued from the roof of a burning home early this morning in Washington County. Dispatch says it happened around 4 am in the 400 block of Park Avenue in Monongahela. Two women and two children were rescued and taken to the hospital. No word on their conditions. 

Slippery conditions greeted drivers this morning with snowfall in several spots over the last day.
