Not many power outages in Allegheny and Beaver counties after Tuesday's storm. But that's not the case in Westmoreland County, where 3300 Penn Power customers are without service. The highest gusts hit Westmoreland yesterday, reaching 68 miles per hour. In Allegheny County, top winds reached 49 miles an hour. As of 10 a.m.,Fayette County has over 1300 outages, about 220 in Washington County.
