The key with great sleep is to keep the room at room temperature overnight! Even when it's hot keep it at room temperature because overnight it'll drop. Plus, if you've got the AC on it'll dry you out and you'll feel worse in the morning!

I have been consistently implementing an ice bath as a part of my longevity program. 3 x bags of ice + a normal bath tub + 10 mins. I started at 3mins + 2 bags of ice but over the 6 months from June-Dec 2019 I have increased my efforts!

My son Kyneton is a knockabout young fella and enjoys looking in dark places. It's just where his curiosity takes him. Often, he bangs his head on something, cries a little bit, and then pushes on as normal. Recently he had 2 x big falls and given that I've had concussion symptoms myself I'm wary of how to move forward from here!
