Summer's officially here, and I plan to enjoy it...so I'll see y'all in the fall...

From music to the court system to the TV screen, that's all I can say is "For real?!" in different tones and different emotions.

It's a lot going on this with the diaspora that I'm not too pleased about. The fight is far from over y'all...

Sorry for the break. Things have been coming left and right but I'm back. So get you something to drink, smoke, snack on, or whatever it is that comforts you. and have a sit and kick it with me.

We live in crazy times. That's all I'm going to say.

Between work, getting back in the gym, and this Meg and Klay ordeal...I'm exhausted. Y'all know y'all can wear something out real quick!!!

This past week has been CRAZY! High school basketball season is coming to an awesome end, and America has fallen for the old "banana in the tailpipe" once again. Smh...

Today is the last day of Black History Month, so I decided to cover everything: podcasts, television, music, and even fraternities and sororities. Factual error: I crossed into Alpha Phi Alpha on NOVEMBER 7th, 2010. not FEBRUARY 7th of that year. I've been so focused on this month that my mind slipped.

A lot of things are happening, and I wanted to share them with you, especially my BIG news about a new endeavor.

The title of this session on the porch comes from Pete Rock and C.L. Smooth's 1992 hip hop classic They Reminisce Over You (T.R.O.Y.). As this season, as well as this year draws to an end, I decided to reminisce over this past year. So let pour up and roll up one last time on the porch before 2025 closes! Peace, and I'll holla at y'all next year!
