Bill Merklein is a sculptor and painter, but in the toy community he is specifically know for sculpting 70+ 1980's GIJoe action figures. Tigersharks is an action figure and cartoon brand created by Rankin & Bass in the same vein as their previous series Thundercats and Silverhawks.
